How to Purchase Firearms Online
1. CONTACT AN FFL HOLDER
You need to contact someone in your area that has a Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms cannot be shipped directly to you. Virtually every gun store or dealer has an FFL license. Many pawn shops and retail sporting goods stores will as well.
Arrange with the local FFL holder to accept a firearm shipment from L&A Firearms. A fee, around $25US, is usually involved. Provide the FFL holder with our address or fax number. We will need a copy of their FFL license.

2. PLACE AN ORDER
Shop to your heart's content. Once you are ready to place an order with L&A Firearms, provide the FFL holder's name on your order. If you have contacted the FFL holder prior to ordering and they have mailed or faxed their license to us, then your firearm order will be processed normally and will be shipped to the FFL holder.
Non-firearm products will be shipped directly to the shipping address you provide. Since firearms and non-firearms are shipped separately, shipping costs will be applied to both.
IMPORTANT!
Once your firearm has arrived at the FFL holder's location, please inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer. Be certain it is the firearm you ordered and is in good condition with no defects. Once a transfer has been accepted, the firearm is considered USED. Restocking a firearm AFTER a transfer has been accepted will require a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions.
3. NOTE
It is possible to place an order with us FIRST and then locate an FFL holder. Orders will be held for seven business days before cancellation. This allows for locating a suitable FFL holder.
Upon locating a FFL holder and making arrangements to accept a firearm transfer, we must receive a copy of their FFL, including correspondence containing your NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
Items on sale retain their reduced price ONLY during the sales period. Items within a cancelled order will not retain any sale price unless the sale is still in effect.
