Return Policy
ALL ITEMS
A) No item that has been opened, cut, written on, or marred in any fashion maybe be returned. Only new, unopened, and unused items may be returned.
B) Items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you.
C) Before returning an item, you must contact L&A Firearms for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will receive an RMA number that must be written on the shipping package. DO NOT write on the merchandise. If the RMA number is written on the merchandise packaging then it will be returned to you with no refund.
D) All returned items will have a restocking fee deducted. All non-firearm merchandise requires a 15% restocking fee; returned firearms require a 25% restocking fee.
E) All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. If the item is returned as a result of an error made by L&A Firearms, then shipping will be paid by L&A Firearms.
F) Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after item arrives at our location. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by you financial institution. Items paid for by USPS money order will be refunded via check. It may take up to 10 days to receive.

Firearms that have left the FFL Holder
Hearing Protection
Clothing
Food items
Non-Electronic Game Calls
Batteries
DVDs
Flashlight Bulbs
Sight Installation Tools
Night Sights
Optics

FIREARMS
A) Inspect the firearms immediately before leaving the FFL holder. Be certain it is the item you purchased and that no defects are present. If a defect is found then you may return to us.
B) A firearm cannot be returned once it has left the FFL holder. Any issue, problem, or defect with the firearm after you have accepted the firearm from the FFL holder must be handled with the manufacturer.
C) If you are denied the right to own the weapon, you must pay the shipping costs to return the item to L&A Firearms.
D) We do not pay nor reimburse FFL transfer fees.
E) A 25% restocking fee will be charge for any firearm returned to us.
F) The buyer is solely responsible for contacting and arranging a delivery for a firearm shipment. The buyer will be charged additional costs if a firearm is returned to us for any reason resulting from the following:
- FFL Holder is closed, on vacation, or no longer in business
- FFL Holder refuses shipment
- Background check is denied or failed
- A change of FFL Holders after item has been shipped
- Firearm is considered illegal in your area
- Any circumstance that is caused by buyer error.
CANCELLATIONS
A) If you wish to cancel an order, please call XXX. If your order is being processed or has been shipped, then restocking fees will be incurred as explained above.
B) We will require buyer verification to process a cancellation. You will need to provide your full name, complete billing and shipping addresses, and the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
C) Restocking fees will be incurred if order is being processed or has been shipped.
D) We reserve the right to cancel any firearm order if customer fails to provide an FFL holder within 7 business days (M-F) of placing the order. Canceled firearm orders are subject to restocking fees
